Q: Where do you get your dresses and have they been in a retail environment?
A: Unless otherwise stated, our dresses are brand new, have never been worn, have never been in a retail environment and come direct to us from the designer or other wholesalers. We are authorized retailers for Allure, Alyce Designs, Envi, Faviana, Jovani, Panoply, Partytime, Precious Formals, Sherri Hill, Studio 17, Tiffany and Tony Bowls. You may go to the designer's website store locator and in most cases our store will be listed as an authorized retailer under the state of Wisconsin.

Q: Do you accept returns?
A: Yes, Please review the return policy in our listings.

Q: Will I be able to track my shipment?
A: For our UPS service you will get an email with your tracking number sent to your email account. If you paid via Paypal the the tracking information will be sent to the email address on file with Paypal. If you pay by credit card or money order the information will be sent to the email address on file with ebay. All international shipments are done via USPS and you should get an email from them also. The tracking email sometimes goes to your Spam folder .

Q: What size should I order?
A: We have provided a measurements link in all our listing. You will find excellent information on how to take measurements.

Q: Can you make alterations?
A: We do not do alterations, however most formal wear will need alterations for that perfect fit. Our experience is that if you find a qualified alterations store, most alterations can be done at reasonable costs.

Q: What color is the dress?
A: There are so many factors that influence the colors you see from our pictures. Computer monitors, digital cameras, and lighting conditions to mention a few. If color is your most important factor in purchasing a dress we suggest you go to a store to make your purchase. That way you will be able to view the color in person.

Q: Will you send me additional pictures?
A: All our listing contain 5-10 pictures. Please scroll down in the listings to view additional pictures.

Q: Can you order specific dresses?
A: We carry an extensive inventory and from the major designers and many times have multiple sizes for each dress. If you do not see your size please email us via eBay's mail system. Additionally, we can special order any dress from Allure, Alyce Designs, Envi, Faviana, Jovani, Panoply, Partytime, Precious Formals, Sherri Hill, Studio 17, Tiffany or Tony Bowls as long as the dress is still current. All special order's will be sold in our eBay store.

Q: Oh those wrinkles. How do you get rid of them?
A: Your dress will be stressed from it's shipping experience. So the first step is to take the dress out of the packaging and hang it up to let it relax for a couple of days. This is especially important for ball gowns with tulle and crinoline. You can also hang the dress in a steam filled bathroom by turning the shower on hot for a few minutes. You can purchase a hand held steamer at most department stores or a professional steamer from Jiffy Steamers. Lastly, any prom, wedding, alterations, shop will have a professional steamer. NEVER USE A STEAM IRON.

Q: What forms of payment do you accept?
A: We prefer that you use Paypal for your purchases. If you use the echeck option in Paypal it can take up to 5 business days for your echeck to clear and we cannot ship until it has cleared. We also accept Visa/Mastercard, AMEX and Discover via the phone.

Q: What address do you ship to?
A: If you pay via Paypal we must ship to the address you have provided to Paypal. Ifpayment is made by credit card we must ship to the billing address established with the credit card company.If you pay by money order we typically ship to the shipping address you have provided to eBay. Unfortunately we cannot drop ship to a different address that is not associated with the accounts listed above.

Q: How quickly after I pay do you ship?
A: If your payment is made before 5pm cst Monday - Thursday shipment will be made the next business day. Payments after 5pm cst Monday - Thursday will ship on the 2nd business day. Weekend payments need to be made by 5pm cst Sunday to qualify for Monday shipments.Payments after 5pm cst Sunday will not ship until Tuesday. We do not ship on the weekends. The shipping schedule may vary depending on holidays, vacations and the volume of shipments on any given day.

Q: Do you sell dresses in quantity ie. in lots?
A: Yes, from time to time we must make inventory adjustments to allow for new incoming designs. If you are interested in a lot purchase please contact us.

Q: Do you offer any type of express shipping?
A: Our domestic shipper UPS does offer express guaranteed shipping services. Please refer to the Express Shipping information provided in the shipping section of the listings. Also, understand that express shipping is typically expensive, especially for larger boxes, as UPS charges based on dimensional weight versus actual for air shipments. Most international shipments are sent USPS Priority or Express if the service is available to the international destination.

Q: What is included in the shipping & handling charge?
A: Actual shipping charges paid to UPS or USPS. Transportation costs for daily pickup service. Packing materials, including the best in the industry Uline shipping boxes, packing tape, garmet bags, and tissue paper. We provide insurance on all our UPS shipments. If you review our feedback the one constant theme is QUICK SHIPPING. In order to ship large volumes quickly we need to provide the staff to do so which includes a labor cost. Shipping charges are our number 2 largest expense. In order to offer ourcustomers great deals on our merchandise and get your items to you quickly we cannot incorporate this cost in the price we charge for our merchandise.
