Roxanne's Runway has offered a return/exchange policy from the beginning because we believe it is important to our customer's peace of mind, sets us apart from most other retailers who do not, and are happy to extend the opportunity for you to return a purchase. However, if you are one of the less than .1% that believe that our store policies, including those listed for returns & exchanges, do not apply to you because the purchase is made on eBay, or that is how you conduct your life in general, we respectfully ask that you do not purchase from us. If you intend to return or exchange an item under your own terms or timetable you will find that we make absolutely no exceptions to the requirements listed below in the Returns & Exchange Policy and your return will not be accepted. Thank you in advance for your understanding. Return Policy YOU MUST EMAIL US IF YOU CHOOSE TO RETURN YOUR ITEM. YOU WILL RECEIVE AN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER THAT MUST BE CLEARLY VISIBLE ON THE BOX. If you are unsatisfied for any reason, please return your purchase with a delivery confirmation & insured, in original condition, with all tags attached, along with any promotional gifts you may have received. YOUR RETURN MUST BE POSTMARKED WITHIN 3 BUSINESS DAYS OF THE SHIPPER'S ORIGINAL DELIVERY DATE FOR A FULL REFUND LESS SHIPPING, LESS 15% FOR PURCHASES UNDER $300 AND 22% FOR THOSE $300 AND GREATER, FOR RESTOCKING PURPOSES. CUSTOMER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL COSTS ASSOCIATED WITH RETURN SHIPPING. If applicable, any promotional shipping discounts will deducted from the refund. Enclose your eBay username along with the eBay item number being returned. Without this information your return will not be processed. WE WILL NOT ACCEPT RETURNS IN CHEAP POSTAL BAGS. Most of our formal wear is beaded and/or sequined and mailing them back in postal bags to save a few dollars will damage the gowns. Therefore, items must be returned in appropriate mailing boxes. After your return reaches us, it will be inspected to assure all guidelines stated above have been met. We will then mark your auction as unpaid and file a eBay form that will be delivered to your eBay account and indicates both parties mutually agree to not complete the transaction. Your reponse is required and a credit will not be issued until the form is completed. If we are unable to process the eBay form for the return, for any reason, then the original listing fees along with the final value fees associated with selling your purchase on eBay will be deducted from your refund. Exchange Policy Please understand that exchanges are not always possible and require an exchange authorization from Roxanne's Runway. If we are able to offer you an exchange all the terms and conditions, including the shipping & time requirements for returning the original item, are the same as listed under returns section above. Additionally, please provide the exchange information including the size you need. Customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning the original item and the shipping costs associated with shipping the exchange to you. We will provide you with the additional amount required to ship an exchange to you. Thank you!! Payment Terms & Non-Paying Bidders We would hope that auction winners make payment when invoices are received. However, if payment is not received within 5 days of auction close the agreement to purchase and sell will become void. At this point, we may file a NON PAYING BIDDER REPORT to collect final value credits and relist the item or offer the merchandise to another bidder. If you do not pay for your purchase you may receive a strike against your eBay account and appropriate feedback will be given. Please do not make payment after eBay notifies you of a filed non-paying bidder report and expect shipment of your purchase. At this point it is too late and your monies will be refunded. If you cannot make payment within 3 days, please, we respectfully ask that you do not bid. There are absolutely NO exceptions to this policy. Payment Methods We accept Paypal or Visa/Mastercard/Discover/American Express. 
Credit Card Payments We will only process credit cards for US cardholders who have a US billing and shipping address.If you would like to pay by credit card contact us via eBay's mail system. Include your name, eBay item number and a telephone number where we may contact you. Unfortunately, we can only accept credit cards from those members residing in the United States and we must ship to the credit card billing address. Additionally, we cannot accept credit cards from APO/FPO members even if this is the card's billing address. Do not send any credit card information in an email or eBay's mail forwarding system as neither is secure. Shipping Policy If your payment is made before 5pm cst Monday - Thursday shipment will be made the next business day. Payments after 5pm cst Monday - Thursday will ship on the 2nd business day. Weekend payments need to be made by 5pm cst Sunday to qualify for Monday shipments. Payments after 5pm cst Sunday will not ship until Tuesday. Our domestic shipper in the 48 contiguous USA is UPS. UPS(United Parcel Service) CANNOT DELIVER TO P.O. Boxes. For all other shipments we us USPS.   Combined Shipping Policy We welcome combined shipping but this must be done WITHIN 7 CALENDAR DAYS of the first winning bid. In other words, you have 7 days to win or buy items. We must receive payment within 48 hour of the receipt of combined invoice and prefer to be paid by paypal or credit card. If you are paying by money order it must be priority mailed to us and be received within 5 business of receipt of invoice. Shipping is 100% of the most expensive amount to ship, the second and third is ½ off. The fourth and up to 7th ship free. If you wish to combine shipping we kindly as that you wait for a final invoice with all your purchases before paying. Combined shipping offer applies to standard shipping rates only. We do not offer combined shipping for international shipments or any form of expedited/time guaranteed shipping or the shipment of merchandise that has special packaging and shipping requirements ie. Wedding/Ball Gowns, Irish Dresses. If you purchase multiple items from us, whether it be an international or domestic shipment, every reasonable effort will be made to minimize your shipping cost. Express Shipping Rates: Listed below are the APPROXIMATE rates for express shipping in the contiguous U.S. via UPS for shipments on dress only. This accounts for the majority of our shipments. Multiple item shipments do not qualify for these rates. ITEMS NOT INCLUDED IN THE RATES BELOW ARE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO, LOTS AND COMBINED SHIPPING PURCHASES. THESE ITEMS ARE SHIPPED IN LARGER BOXES AND AIR RATES ARE BASED ON DIMENSIONAL WEIGHT VERSUS ACTUAL WEIGHT. To request an expedited shipping service please contact us for a cost quote immediately at auction end. Include the auction item number, eBay member id, your mailing address and the type of service you are requesting. We kindly ask that payments for expedited shipping be made within 1 hour of notification of cost. This will assure your shipment is processed correctly. While we will make every effort to accomodate your request, this may not always be possible based on the volume of shipments and time constraints on any given day.
